More than childcare — creating happy childhood memories. ✨ I believe great childcare is about being truly present. I come from a very loving and close-knit family, and I believe that warmth, affection and respect naturally show in the way I care for children. I want every child I look after to feel safe, listened to, understood and genuinely cared for. My approach is warm, attentive and intentionally low-screen. I believe children learn and grow through real experiences: imaginative play, stories, crafts, outdoor adventures, cooking together, exploring and simply having meaningful moments. I also believe that children need to experience boredom sometimes. We live in a world full of constant stimulation, and I think it is healthy for children to have moments where there is nothing planned or immediately entertaining them. These quiet moments give them the opportunity to use their imagination, create their own games, become curious and learn to enjoy their own company. I don’t feel the need to fill every minute of their day with activities or screens. Of course, I’m happy to enjoy a film or some screen time when appropriate, but I believe it should be an occasional part of their day rather than their main source of entertainment. I have experience caring for children from families of different nationalities and backgrounds, which has taught me to adapt to different cultures, routines and parenting styles. I’m naturally attentive to each child’s personality and needs, and I always try to create an environment where they can feel comfortable and be themselves. For me, childcare is not simply about supervising a child. It’s about building trust, creating beautiful memories and becoming someone they feel happy and safe around.
