I’m Conchi, originally from Spain and currently based in Ibiza.I have over 7 years of experience working in childcare with private families, nurseries, weddings, and events in both Spain and the UK. I have experience caring for children from babies and toddlers to school-age children, always creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where they can learn, play, and feel comfortable. I also have experience managing multiple children at the same time and supporting children’s routines, development, and wellbeing. I describe myself as caring, responsible, reliable, organized, and warm. I love building trusting relationships with both children and parents, and I always adapt to each family’s needs and routines. My hobbies include traveling, creative play, and spending time by the sea and in nature.
